  1. Even though I have seen some of these artists before when you showed your inspirations in class, I still love looking at all of your choices. Each artist is unique and their work is different enough from each other, but still have the common thread of the context of reality. I love the variety that you have been able to pull from to go with your own art. By having so many different types of art, different mediums as well as different meanings, it has opened up a lot for your own work. By having the viewer see the inspiration before your own work makes them start thinking of what reality is, of what is joining all of these works together, and what can be questioned artistically. I think you did a great job in selecting these artists, and I have found them all very appealing and nice to look at no matter how many times I have seen them before.

  2. I liked the nice and neat layout of your webpage, and that you changed the image at the top for each tab. I love the detail you went into about each artist on your main page. I think you were able to convey that they each were significant for your perception vs reality project. It’s interesting that Rozin’s work stuck out to you the most. If I had not read your curator statement, I would not have realized that there was a portrait image on the wood. The information you gave me as a reader was very helpful.

  3. I think that the artworks that you chose are displayed well, along with the large image at the top of each individual artist page. I think that your curator statement gives a nice short description of each artist and their work, and also describes the connection that each of the artworks have with one another.

  4. I thought you did a good job choosing the artists for your exhibition, they all relate to your theme "Perception vs. Reality" quite well. Your layout flows really well and your curator statement read well. I also think that it was smart to show different artists working in different mediums too, because it would be easy to just focus on photography with this exhibit.
